Green and Gathright have pretty much played themselves out of the starting lineup. If Gathright isn't starting the majority of the games then he needs to go back to Durham and continue his development. He's still pretty young and has a shot at improving, especially if he gets away from the free swinging for singles ways he has fallen into with the Rays and hits more like he did at the beginning of the season and at Durham.
