is a guy that's tough for me.  I'm a tools guy.  I love his productivity, but I still have doubts about his ability to succeed at the ML level.  He's still got great control, but his his K rate has droped signifigantly this year.  It's down to 7.4 K/9, which  isn't terrible, but certainly not great either.  He's becoming more hittable as he goes up the ladder, which almost always happens (unless you're Homer Bailey), but with his stuff, it's more of a concern.
