The Rays only show up once on the list, and near the bottom at that:
Sounds a bit like Okajima depending on how deceptive that delivery is, but I agree with Dierkes on that first line, I think the Rays will pluck at least one Japanese reliever this off-season, but my money is on the aforementioned Kazuo Fukumori.
