According to Lancaster, Jeff Ridgway has been optioned to Durham and the roster is now at 40.
So unless Switxer miraculously pitchers well enough to make Hickey and Maddon happy or Fossum starting the season in the 'pen(wishful thinking?), we may be left without a lefty! LaRussa and Leyland be DAMNED!
