Nate Silver, the managing partner of Baseball Prospectus and creator of PECOTA, QERA, and the "Secret Sauce" formula, has created a blog about electoral projections called fivethirtyeight.com. He uses the same quantitative analysis that he brings to baseball to analyze opinion polling on the 2008 election. So if you're interested in this sorta thing, check out the site, it's really neat.

Nate Silver was on Dan Rather Reports
on HDNet yesterday. Very interesting interview, it combined 2 of my loves baseball and politics, throw in quantitative analysis. I just discovered the site the other day and I can’t take my eyes off of it.
