not what we are used to. but he is being consistent. he isn’t giving inches off the plate. ive noticed that about these umps.
At least he called that last pitch for Navy was called a ball.

Get some good music on and I can shake it with the best of the half Hispanic men out there. But, the name was given to me actually Brian Stokes. I was on the jumbo-screen and Stokes saw me after the game with friends and he pointed at me and said. “Hey, it’s the bad ass dancer!” So, it kind of stuck when it came time to find a sign on name.

That low FB could have gone either way so Kellogg isn’t giving Hamels everything.
Coincidentally, Navarro is the only person so far who has taken more than 2 pitches I think.

But I’m not a Kazmir fan. He had one year, 2006, where he controlled the strike zone. Every other year of his MLB career he is either walking people, or pitching behind in the count. It’s getting old.
He had that one stretch in the beginning of the year where he was utterly dominant.
He’s struggled through so much inconsistency, but he still has a heck of a lot of potential. The trick is if he ever harnesses it and becomes consistent.

honestly i am sick of swinging on 3-0 and 3-1 counts all the time
so many times we are facing a guy struggling with his control and a walk would be HUGE. yet we fail to MAKE him throw a couple strikes in a row.
