First Whore Post of November
Most people probably saw this coming, especially after yesterday's mention, but I'd like to officially announce that I am a part of the Graphical Player 2009 staff. To be more concise, I actually wrote the Rays profiles. Because that's not enough reason to buy the book I will also put forth these selling points:
- Other writers, who are actually talented, including Sky Kalkman, Marc Normandin, and Eric Seidman.
- Daily game logs covering the last three seasons.
- Graphs!
If any of this (or all of it) intrigues you, Acta Sports is taking pre-orders and operators are waiting!

how could you have let this happen rj?
everything Rays,Marlins,Twins and Reds
It's not for everyone.

You’re getting about 50 words per player, purely analysis, and a ton of charts that at first are going to make you say, “WTF?”
Sample pages from last year here:

Oh, and if you do play fantasy baseball the charts are going to own for you.
After about an hour I found myself being proficient enough to not have the player’s B-Ref page open while writing.
