These Pretzels are Makin Me Thirsty!

Alright so the title had nothing to do with this post...but anyway, did anyone catch Baseball tonight earlier today? They had a segment that asked the guys: "Who's representing the AL in this years World Series". A few people wrote in and surprisingly (when the Red Sox and Yankees weren't being guessed), one fan claimed that the Rays would be this years Cinderella Story. And even better, a Yankees fan stated that. After that statement, and Steinbrenners "Up on my high horse about revenue" rants; I guess I'll root for the Yanks for one inning, late in the 8th, when the Rays are up 10-1.

Kruk made some statements about how it'll take a lot for the Rays to be a Cinderella story, but it's highly unlikely. I don't remember the specifics, but either way, Knowing the Rays are turning heads is a great feeling; especially as an 11 yr Rays fan.

I DVR'd that program and was pleasantly surprised that I could scream hypocrite at John Kruk (Maddon nickname machine=Kruky..?) Last year all I remb of the former baseball player present Slob (John Kruk) is of him calling for retraction of our beloved franchise... This has to be sports most apparent turn around..until bonds hits .300 with 35 homers for our 'beloved franchise'. Also THESE PRETZELS ,, ARE MAKING ME THIRSTY!!!
