VSL has started
The Venezuelan Summer League opened yesterday. Tampa Bay won it's first game over Detroit 6-0. Omar Bencomo started and went 4 innings giving up one hit, no walks, and struck out 5. Tampa's pitchers combined for a one-hitter. Jhonatan Quinonez (LF), Alejandro Torres (C), and Jacinto Cipriota (DH) all homered. Tampa is home for Houston today and at the NY Mets tomorrow. I think the DSL starts in early June but I can't find a schedule, in English at least.

I guess Julio Cedeno is heading to America.

Yeah, but I'm guessing he'll make the June trip to Hudson/PrincetonI
Maybe not though.

Could be
But I would think they would have had him up here in extended ST if they were going to do that. For travel and Visa reasons and to adjust to America (or West Virginia).
Good point.
