Just a Little Common Sense
I go on to raysbaseball.com this morning fully intending to watch the replay of Floyd's homer 40-50 times to start my day off right, and I have to listen to the Wimpy or the Hawk, I don't know which one it was, tell me that Dewayne Wise catches the ball, oh wait he doesn't walk off home run. Horrible! How hard is it to put the winning team's feed up for walk off wins or game winning plays!?
Speaking of those two, I watched a game on WGN they were covering in Arizona a few years back, and they were absolutely silent for 5 outs. Dead air, you could hear the mitt popping with every pitch, and the crack of the bat for hits, but Wimpy or Hawk wouldn't say anything at all. I know I was reading about them being bad in an earlier post, but just wanted to throw my two cents in.

That's pretty ridiculous
The game wasn’t even in Chicago, it was at the Trop, and thus it should be the home team’s feed. Dave Wills was very enthusiastic about it on the radio, as he should’ve been. I don’t know what Staats sounded like since I went to the game, but the home broadcaster has to be more enthusiastic about it than the visiting team’s play by play man, especially when it’s a homer like Hawk Harrelson. There’s really no excuse for not putting the home feed on the highlight reel when you hit a walkoff homer at home.

The replay on majorleaguebaseball.com was Dave Wills giving the play by play
He was excited. I have never Wills that excited. It was really awesome.
I hate Hawk. I watched him last year when the Rays were not on TV. He was terrible. I had to put on a CD. it was terrible. I couldn’t stand him.
In the name of Sinji Mori, we shall win!
