Niemann was on a pitch count,
but in his first outing, he went 3IP, 1H, 4K, 0BB. a good return. it’s also good to see Salas pitching in AAA, and looking well so far.
We always get bad calls against the Angels...
Remember two years ago after the All-star break… the foot was off of the bag for a play at first… the Rays were called out… screwing up a come-back….

We have in Mar/Apr 2007 in MLB: .256 .330 .402
And this year: .258 .332 .401That’s remarkably close. The runs scored per 27 outs in each year: 3785 runs in 7490.1 innings, 4.55 runs per 27 in 2008. 3360 in 6670.1, or 4.53 runs per 27 in 2007.
