Shouldn’t Dan Johnson be up?
I don’t want to hear about room on the 40-man because we have Glover on the team.
9 = 8
It's not about room on the 40 man roster, it's about the 25 man roster
When Pena returns either Gomes would have to go or Johnson—neither of whom have any remaining options, meaning one would have to be designated for assignment. Now Johnson did clear a few weeks ago, but it’s unlikely he’d do so again.

"unlikely he’d do so again"
Why is that?
And what is the point is stashing him down there if not to take advantage of him when he is needed? Let him get claimed.

Good to see Jennings back to what he was doing last year.
Hopefully he’ll move up to AA with Hellickson and Price.
Jennings will probably stay a little while longer in High A
Since he’s only played in Vero Beach for about a week due to injury. He could get the call to Montgomery, but I’d be surprised to see it happen before late July.

Wasn't his first game actually.

Why would Gomes or Johnson be sent down when Pena comes back
Ruggiano is only here because of injuries, and shoulod be the 1st to go.
Im also not sure why Ruggiano got the call over Johnson. I dont mind having Aybar/Hinske platooning at 1B but it wouldve made more sense to give Dan Johnson his opportunity rather than Ruggiano who could be in AAA continuing to try and get better. Its not like we need an OF now. if we wouldve called up Johnson than Hinske wouldve just stayed in RF primarily, along with Gross and Gomes
If Johnson was called up instead of Ruggiano was my point…
