Who says we don't have a fanbase?
They just can’t afford to leave their house apparently.

AWESOME! Now Longo needs to thank us by going 4-4 with a bunch of RBIs and a HR.

He should be in...
And I imagine he’ll have a great time.
I don't think his swing is tailored to the Derby
Having watched a lot of his BP sessions this year. Like BJ, much of his power comes from his wrists, which lets the pitcher do the work. I certainly don’t want him changing anything.

Awesome
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; but if a thing is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.
1/2 a win is still good
It’s not like we didn’t try or anything

This article sums it up best

My favorite line: “Giambi, a non-winner in 2003, joined Travis Hafner (2004, 2006), Frank Thomas (2003, 2004), Billy Wagner (2005, 2006) and Brandon Webb (2005, 2007) as the only players who have made multiple bids without winning.”
I would insist that Giambi remains a ‘non-winner’ to this very day.

Thanks a lot guys.
Wright came in a close second, and most likely he’ll be picked to replace the injured Alfonso Soriano (we’re hoping).
And congrats not only to Longoria, but for this initiative and both blogs getting mentioned on both MLB.com and ESPNews.
Now kick some ass and take the East. We’ll see you in the World Series.
Thanks
And hey, best of luck to you all and your site.
