Japanese allstar game
I am going to Japan in a few weeks and I just noticed that I will be in Osaka on the day of the Japanese league allstar game. I would really like to go but I have been unable to find a way to buy tickets online. Does anyone know of any sites that might sell them? Even if I can't go to the allstar game, I still plan on catching at least 2-3 other games while I'm there.

Yu Darvish
Half-Japanese, half-Iranian and listed as 6’5”. Made his Japanese League debut at age 18. Parents met in St. Petersburg. Knocked up an actress. Sounds like future Rays material to me.
Stats this year, at the ripe age of 21:
139.2 IP, 1.93 ERA, 31 BB, 132 K, 7 complete games, threw over 200 IP last year including 12 CG
Leads the Pacific League in ERA, second in strikeouts.
Jeff Passan article on Darvish.. he’s so dreamy!

He also got caught smoking in a pachinko hall at age 17
He was too young for either, and was suspended from his high-school team.
He’d fit right in between Aki and Kaz.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; but if a thing is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

but i heard that he wants almost 70 million just to talk to him about a deal!
no way in hell that the rays post that much to sign him to probably a bigger deal than dice-k got from the sux

on outside the lines a couple of weeks ago they said the red sux are the favorites to get him
but i could see all of the big market teams makeing huge bids to try and get him and if japan posts him next offseason i think that since the yankees are going to lose andy pettitte to retirement i could see them getting him, but i hope that if he goes there he pitches like kei iwaga has so far in his career
