Tigers Vs. Rays
Here is a question, who's is in first place in the AL East as of August 1st? It's not the Yankees, nor is it the Red Sox. It's the Tampa Bay Rays. God, I don't get tired of looking at the standings. I really don't. It's almost better then coffee to take a look at the standings and see the Rays ahead of Boston and New York.
Moving forward, the Rays have a task of shutting down the Tigers. Now, the Tigers have the best squad that is doing poorly, at least in the AL Central. Granted yes, they have been a lot better. But I did truly feel the Tigers would be in first place in the Central this year. Then again, what do I know.
So, Draysbay, what you do think with happen against the Detroit Tigers? I hope the Rays will offend me with some offense, but that's just me.
Let's Go Rays! De-claw the Tigers!

Will the ball ever travel slower than the game Saturday night?
LL Cool J may not take the stage until 12 with these two soft-tossers on the mound.
I think we sweep
We dominate at home and the pitching matchups really favor us. Of course it is going to require 3+ runs a night to win…so who knows?
Hopefully a Tigers sweep...
...but regardless of what happens, good baseball is to be played. A great team recovering from a slow start that remains in contention against the definition of a giant killer. If I wasn’t from Detroit, I’d be a Rays fan.
Go Tigers!
