Arizona (60-58) was the first contender (besides the Dodgers) to have a chance to claim him

So only 8 teams or so passed.
Arizona is in a very good place if they’re looking to add help through waivers. Pretty much everyone who is ahead of them on the list have no reason to take on a guy like Dunn.
