From what I hear

jp howell thinks he should have been an all star too. are you kidding me. oh and he is rubbing off on balfour and average player with a fastball but he doesn’t throw it all the time. he needs to work harder like eric gagne and papelbon and throw the right pitch. I guarantee they are jealous of Troy P. for getting all the saves on any other team they are just average relievers and not clutch like Miller.

Tim from Sydney (hey mate!!) mentioned Grant Balfour (Tampa Devil Rays) who was sent to Triple-A: Funny you mention that because he was one of the first people I spoke to. He and I are great friends and I have always looked up to him. He had some great insight on what he went through and how he dealt with it, I think his numbers prove how strong-minded he is.
