2009 Right Field Rosterbation Discussion

I think we can all agree that there's room to upgrade right field for 2009.  Hinske, even if we can afford to keep him, really shouldn't be fielding, and while you could argue for a Ruggiano/Perez/Gross/Baldelli platoon being decent, they won't be studs.

So let's aim high.  Given a little bit of money (the Rays still aren't the Yankees) and/or some pitching as trade bait, who would you target to make right field an advantage next year and for years to come?
