I really don't see anything wrong with this.
First, he didn’t set a reserve, so he’s going with whatever market value is available.
Secondly, I don’t see anything wrong with asking for more than the asking price of a ticket if demand warrants it. The only problem I have with scalpers are those who are wholely and utterly consumed with their own greed and somehow get a hold of 40 or 50 tickets to an event to sell.
I'm pretty sure he has roughly 40-50 tix.

I didn’t like it from the start. They’re trying to make things easier for them to manage, but in doing so, they made it so much easier for scalpers to abuse.
I went ahead and created an additional 10 e-mail registrations because I have friends who want tickets, and partially because I don’t feel too keen on giving up my own even if it will pay for my tickets next year.
And yet again my unique moral code is smited by reality.
