I think it's safe to say the Rays will clinch as of the end of tonight.
So when Boston lose will Niemann or Talbot start the last two games.

i have alot of respect for ichiro, he is one of the best hitters every year and is a future HOF and has a chance at getting 3000 hits here even though he didnt play here until he was 29

Thank you!
This is awesome! Wow. Excuse me for sounding like a giddy school boy. Sorry. I am thinking back to being laughed at my own bar telling the patrons that the Rays will make the playoffs someday. I am thinking back at my pop’s telling me that the Rays are terrible. I thinking about the (joyous) people would remind all those who blogged on Draysbay that the Rays were terrible. Like that one prick who talked about his tribe. Or how about all the guys who said “talk to me in August” or “September” Go Rays!

The fact that I took a Rays schedule and wrote on it “AL EAST DIVISION CHAMPS!” I got laughed out of my English class by all the Sox and Yank fans, the Sox fan English teacher taped it up and was like we will laugh at how off you are. I visited my HS today and he said “Rich you were right…..you crazy bastard.”

remains to be seen
Cleveland will probably be back up and if KC wants to win, they must improve offensively to compete. I’m not sold on them yet. The White Sox and Twins will be around but the Sox may slip next year.
