Going by how this front office has done....

It wouldn’t suprise me if he’s already in negotiations. They do very well with not letting leaks get out internally. I would expect a sudden announcement before the season starts, or once it’s done. I don’t think they’d do anything in the middle of the season that distracts from the team….unless his contract ends up being a big distraction midseason.
