Anyone interested in splitting season tickets?

I have a pretty high priority number (first day pick) and I am thinking about just getting half season since I'd barely be able to go to 40 games but they limit your seating options unless you get full season. If anyone would like to split a pair of full season tickets we could get better seats and divide the games down the middle. That way we'd be able to get half weekend and weekday games instead of only having the option of one or the other. I go in on Jan 14th to make my pick so let me know if anyone is interested. Email me at uffitz56 at gmail. Thanks!

what section are you thinking? How many deposits did you put down?

How many people go in one group? My day is January 26th which sounds horrible since I heard yours.

I'm not sure how many/people per group but..

I called today to reschedule but I was told that my group was the first “new” season ticket selection so I’ll just have to be a couple hours late since I won’t be off work yet.

I only put down deposits for 2 seats, but I put it down like one of the first days it was offered so maybe that’s why?

I’m open to any section. It looks like Section 107 Loge box row PP (first row) is the best bang for the buck, but again I’m open to other ideas. The section availability for half season packages is so terrible I’d really like to get full season.

why not do full season upperdeck and get the first row. You save $1,000 for each seat and your only eight feet higher plus you can get sections in the infield.

I’m down to split but I want one of the tickets in my name. Don’t think that can happen so I think this post is moot. I also put down two deposits so I think I"M obligated to purchase two of something.

I have sat in the upper deck first row and they’re good seats but they are much higher than 8 feet from the lower deck….

I just called to find out on logistics and they said each of us would have one seat in our names but there are two caveats:
1.) We would lose the deposit for ONE of the seats. For me that would mean 150 bucks, but we would still keep the total refund for the two world series games that weren’t played.
2.) Each of us would only have a priority number for ONE seat, which makes sense but if we decided to go our own way next season and upgrade, you would have a new priority number for your new second seat. The guy I spoke with says this generally isn’t an issue as there are plenty of seats available in each section for full season packages. Especially if we decided to upgrade our seats together.

I think I would be willing to lose 150 bucks in order to get seats like section 107 first row loge box. I would still be saving money versus getting 2 half season seats in section 117 plus we would get a much better variety of opponents and weekday/weekend games.

Let me know what you think.
