Brad Pennington played in exactly one game with the Devil Rays and faced 4 batters where he gave up one run and never recorded an out.
Juan Guzman was signed by the Devil Rays in 2000 to a two-year $12 million contract. Guzman would appear in one game for the D-Rays pitching 1.2 innings while allowing 7 earned runs and striking out 3.
Carlos Reyes appeared in 10 games, 3 which he started, and never recorded a win. Over his ten games in 2003 he did manage to strike out 13 and earn an ERA of 5.22.
Bartolome Fortunato will be known as the "other guy" in the Zambrano-Kazmir deal. While with the Devil Rays Fortunato did play in 3 games where earned an ERA of 3.68 over 7.1 innings of work.
Scott Kazmir wore the number "57" for two season has he racked up 215 strikeouts and earned 12 wins over that two year period.
Trever Miller wore "57" during his second stint with the Rays organization. During which time Miller played a decent left-handed reliever who earned 2 wins, 2 saves, and an ERA of 4.15.

Too bad nobody voted for Pennington
I honestly don’t have any recollection of him whatsoever. Usually I at least remember the names.

Yeah, I don't remember him either.
Then again he played one year before I came to Tampa, so I remember ’99- forward. Here is a link to the one game he played in.
