I wouldn't put too much weight into the projections since systems like CHONE and ZiPS are shown to be more accurate, but it's Bill James, if you're buying the book, it's not because of projections. Or it shouldn't be, at least. If you're interested, check out more at the publisher's site, here.

I just uploaded the Reds, so just Red Sox to be posted. I’m doing a couple a week so sometime next week. I’m actually up to Padres now, but I don’t have it all put into DMB and formatted yet.
