The Candidates:Rick White(1998-2000), Brian Rose(2001), Jeff Wallace(2001), Steve Kent(2002), Trever Miller(2004-2005, 2008), Tyler Walker(2006), Mitch Talbot(2008) 

Rick White went 10-15 along with a 3.81 ERA over 145 games during his time with the Devil Rays.

Brian Rose played in 7 games while earning an ERA of 8.85 while striking out 11 over his 20.1 innings of work.

Jeff Wallace played in 29 games for the Devil Rays, where he earned a ERA of 3.40 over 50.1 innings of work.

Steve Kent played in 34 games where accumulated an ERA of 5.65 over 57.1 innings of work.

Trever Miller wore "51" during his first stint with the Devil Rays where he worked 93.1 innings over two years, while appearing in 121 games.
