There's about a million things I want to say about this, but to start with

I’ve got 940 K’s from Pena, Longo, Bartlett, Craw, Zob, Beej, PtB, & Joyce.

Pretty crazy that Ruggs and Navi have basically the same projected OPS.

Sean Rod and Matty Joyce are not expected to do much, not sure if ZiPS is just not favorable for those with short track-
records

I like where BenZo’s SLG is at, but I think his OBP will be higher, I think that HR (16) figure is kind of a cop-out. I could see him hitting more, but not less.

Between Bartlett, Zobie, Sean Rod, Joyce, Upton, and Burrell, we have to be one of the harder teams to project after getting so many “from norm” seasons last year. Pena and Longo are going to get theirs, but I can see these other guys putting up all kinds of different seasons ranging from mediocre to amazing.

Just my quick thoughts on a quicker glance at this. I prefer Chone for offense, but these are great as well.

Agreed.

BenZo’s numbers are a little low. With 500 AB’s, he hit 27 HRs in 2009. With a little regression and 100 more PAs, I think it’s silly to predict less than 20 HRs.

So we should probably be trading Bartlett...

Officially now the head of the Lobstein bandwagon.

They've got Longo hitting 526 homers in his career!

That’d be good for 18th, 4 spots and 22 dingers behind Mike Schmidt.

HIT MORE LONGO

STRIKE OUT LESS- OR WE WILL TRADE YOU FOR A RELIEVER

T-Jack is back, J.J has went back to sucking, Bates won't blitz, Raheem's bored.

The projected 600+ Doubles is pretty amazing too

That’s about Top-10 all time, and I think that he could easily beat those estimates if he stays healthy too.

Agreed

I think at some point that we have to re-realize for the 100th time just how good Longo is. To compare it to the Magic, it’s like we have crazy depth, but if Dwight gets hurt, then it doesn’t matter.

God I love that man.

Yet the general fanbase finds ways to spoil it, “HE’S TOO BUSY TAKING SHOTS THE NIGHT BEFORE THE GAME. EVAN LONGPARTYA, WHAT A JERK!”.
