you can get RAA on fangraphs by position

Just use the position filter while on the team setting

That's an option, I found it easier to do it team-wide the way I did

No park adjustments, it’s a WIP, but I probably won’t do that unless this turns into something bigger than on a whim.

I don't think you can just subtract out the wRAA, because my positional adjustments are inherent

based on wOBAposition v. leaguewOBAposition

at 2B I came up with a non-park adjsuted wRAA of 4.03 without Zo

I used each players total wRAA/total PA. I then figured out each players % of non-Zo PAs at 2nd base and applied that to the full teams 2B PA. I then multiplied this figure by the wRAA/PA. Team wRAA at 2B without Zo came out to 4.03. This figure would need to be park adjusted to do it correctly.

and I suppose to compare across other teams 2B you would not need to do positional adjustments. Really it would just need defense right?

how to figure replacement value so that is now included as well.
