Larry Rothschild managed the Devil Rays to a record of 205 wins and 294 loses and was the first manager in franchise history.
Jason Tyner was traded by the New York Mets along with Paul Wilson for Rick White and Bubba Trammell. Tyner would go on and play in 232 games where he would have 173 hits, 20 doubles, 5 triples, 1 homerun, and batted .261.
Geoff Blum was traded by the Houston Astros for Brandon Backe in 2003. Blum would go on and play in 112 games where he had 73 hits, 21 doubles, 8 homeruns, and batted .215.

I am not talking about his whole career, only w/ the Rays.
If we are talking about whole careers then Juan Guzman, Doc Gooden, Jerome Walton, Jose Cancesco, and Norm Charlton are all shoe-ins.
