First off, RZ is the man. Second off, Joe Lefkowitz (Edited: 12/15 Sorry Joe) is also the man. Me, I'm just a man, but I am quite inquisitive by nature. For other inquisitors here is a look at Rafael Soriano's pitch f/x from 2009:
I've got 183 Cutters (FC), 736 Fastballs (FF), and 276 Sliders (SL). It looks like quite a few of those fastballs are of the 2-seam variety, though they are labeled at 4-seamers. I left off the one sinker, seven change ups, and six curve balls that the database said he threw.

Pitch | Velocity | H-Break | V-Break | Usage |
FC | 91.8 | -0.48 | 8.54 | 15.3% |
FF | 93.4 | -4.62 | 9.26 | 61.6% |
SL | 83.3 | 2.97 | 2.27 | 23.1% |
