Aybar Agrees To Deal, Avoids Arbitration

According to Jon Heyman, Willy Aybar has agreed to two year deal worth about $2.3 million plus incentives, avoiding arbitration. The exact terms are:

2009: 975k

2010: 1.35M

2011: option for 2.2M

Aybar had submitted a bid of $1.05 million, while the Rays countered with $900,000.
