You will never see this again.

Brad Ziegler had a scoreless inning streak. Brad Ziegler had not met BJ Upton.

Maybe we should try him in Center

Then we could move BJ to RF, Craw stays in LF, and then sign Bonds to DH. ZOMG we would be unstoppable.

Why yes, I am this big of an asshole in person.

I am guessing Maddon uses him in the outfield as much as 5% Maybe even 10%

His, Maddon’s, comments on the subject make me think he will put Burrell out there more frequently than we might like. Maybe to keep Burrell happy and entertained?

Maybe because he likes taking risks?

JP: whoa dude, sweet catch.

Scott: huh?

JP: sweet catch in the outfield dude

SK: oh, i was lookin down, lol tryin to combine the barbecue and honey mustard sauces for my mcnuggetz

JP: lol, is it sweet?

SK: …. no

JP: lol, I don’t mean sweet as in taste. like sugary. i mean, sweet as in awesome lol

SK: lol, no it kinda sucks

JP: there’s no way 2 awesome sauces with combined forces… could suck

SK: dude, who made that catch? Ske??

JP: dude we traded Ske, lol

SK: lol oh yeah.

JP: i have no idea who the hell that guy is though.

SK: lol, spring training… always gotta learn new stuff, lol

JP: lol

SK: yo, what if i crushed some funyuns and put em in the sauce, would it improve?

JP: dude i have no idea… why ruin good funyuns?

SK: well, I wouldn’t ruin them, it’d be like funyun flavor, and I’d leave them big enough to still have crunch.

JP: lol, dude….like little mini funyun croutons.

SK: lol, yeah. croutons are so genius.

JP: dude I know. what would a salad be without them? lol

SK: lol, just some stuff you don’t wanna eat, lol

JP: lol. oh yeah, did we sign Pat Burrell? that might have been him. lol Pat the Bat!

SK: lol, oh yeah I think we did sign him. awesome. let’s call him Bat Burrell and see how long it takes him to figure out we’re screwin with his name, lol

JP: lol, I give it a month.

SK: no way man, we can take it into May I think. but you gotta use his whole name everytime you talk to him

JP: oh yeah, cause he’ll forget we said “Bat” after we finish mis-pronouncing his last name, lol

SK: lol, yeah
