Then you're either walking or you're eating horribly.
It’s not really that hard to get into shape. As big as Percy is, if he sticks to a diet that a nutritionist creates for him and is doing something like HIIT for cardio, mixed with weights he could probably drop 20lbs before the season starts.

20 lbs. would be a good start.
I thought last year that he could avoid injury and be more effective if he could drop about 30 pounds. That was before he had surgery and spent the offseason sitting on the couch. I’m sure he was even heavier when he reported this season.
