Is this a joke

Or is Power Pros good. I ask because I will probably buy only one baseball game for the wii this year

Power Pros isn't bad.

I haven’t play it that much but when I have I enjoyed it. My little brother, age 10, plays it non-stop.

Swav or Die.

The Bigs is teh suck

Also, I know everyone loves The Show 09, but I finally had a chance to play MLB 2k9. It is not The Show, but unlike previous years, this game is actually playable.

I really hate it when I see things like this:
Major League Baseball 2K9 fixes some of the issues from the past and sets the groundwork for a great game, but there are far too many bugs to recommend.

If it’s not reccomendable, do not award the game a score of ‘passable’, because clearly it isn’t.

That being said, when I played the demo, I didn’t experience any of these issues. My opinion of the previous two years games was that they were unplayable; the control mechanisms for pitching and hitting were completely worthless. I combined my time with the demo with a recommendation from a friend who bought it to come up with the opinion that it’s playable.

That being said, I did only say it was playable, which is better then the previous two years. I wasn’t aware of these bugs and they’re inexcusable. I don’t buy games that have grevious bugs like this no matter how good they are. I didn’t buy Saint’s Row 2 for this reason, which is an excellent game if you ignore the bugs.
