PrintHonestly....I picked him to be the MVP. He has got to be comensating for that shoulder injury. He just does not have a long swing that would get him into prolonged slumps. I am beyond confused!! I am starting to think he may not rally for a month or so.
I kinda miss the lack of expectations and just kinda enjoying our victories against the good teams and accepting that we will lose 95. I miss the old Devil Rays.

he probably didn't see that in the boxscore he read to continue his thoughts.
While I am dissapointed as well in the slumping BJ, you don’t forget how to hit overnight. He will turn it around eventually. While he may not be a 30/30 guy this year like some people thought he was capable of. I still expect a solid season.
Honestly this is what scares me
It looked like he crushed those balls as far as he could possibly hit it and it still did not go out. I’m not exactly sure how much better he can make contact. It really looks the shoulder injury has taken all his strength and power away.
At this point I think Upton is merely a singles and walks guy until 2010. He needs an offseason of weight training to get his shoulder right.
I'll rec anything with Pussy in the title
