Carl Crawford Exits Game With Right Shoulder Injury
Rays' All Star left fielder Carl Crawford left tonight's game with what is being called a bruised right shoulder. He is being listed as day-to-day. Crawford injured the shoulder on a diving catch to end the fourth inning. Ben Zobrist replaced him in left field. Expect the Rays to be overly cautious with CC, who entered the game hitting .336/.397/.457 with 22 steals. As we saw tonight, I'd expect Ben Zobrist to benefit most in the playing time category.
This injury comes on the heels of the news about Pat Burrell visiting a specialist for a possible back injury. Good luck to both players; we need them.

If by Desmond you mean Matt Joyce, and by cup of coffee you mean never seeing a gabe in right field again, then yes.

I'd rather not start D-Jizzle's clock until he's read. Also until he can stay healthy

Gross in Left
Joyce/Zobmonstah in RF, short term

I would
platoon Gabes (Gross’ arm in right), with Zo in left. If Crawford will be out for a prolonged period of time, bring up Joyce and play him regularly in left to see how he does.
Percival
What is wrong with Madden that he can’t see that his buddy can’t throw a pitch!!!!!!!!
Get him out of there or we’ll loose every game. He’s too old and it’s time to retire!!!!!
Friends are friends but this is business.

This fanpost has nothing to do with Percival.

I don't think Top Gun will need to harvest gems from the Heater anymore
It appears the Heater has come to us.
