The general order of web form participation is simple: Lurk --> Read Archives --> Participate in discussions --> Create Discussions

It’s not that difficult. If everyone followed these rules, we’d never have insiders or sports chiefs for 2 reasons: first, they’d be smarter just by absorbing the info on this site, and 2nd, they’d know they’d get lambasted for posting what they would now consider an awful opinion.

That being said, you shouldn’t ban someone for being stupid (like insider) unless they’re specifically here to troll (like TheSportsChief was). I banned insider because #1 he asked for it, and #2 he deleted his fanposts.

Come to think of it, if a user creates a fanpost, and they’re banned before they can delete it, can they still delete it? I should try this.
