Got some info on who we're targeting for the international signing period.
Two names, neither are big, but seems like a decent haul if it works out.

If consistently you mean 90% at 97, no, but I have not seen a starter who can relatively consistently
hit 96 or higher once passing 100 pitches since Ryan. Not saying he is better than others, just saying he has an arm that is one of the top five in all of baseball. Yes, does not throw strikes consistently and yes, does not have very good secondary stuff, but an arm that is a gift from above.
