Home plate umpire
Absolutely costed the Rays the game tonight. I certainly hope a big deal is made out of that Upton sequence. Just like the sequence with Figgins in the top of the 9th, the umpire lost the zone.
Fuentes was lost out there. And the umpire by convention should not have given him a called strike. Terrible.
Put Tampa Bay back on our road uniforms!!
