Quick question about the 2 run double past Longo.

It was the first play Maddon came out to argue. Is that play reviewable under the new rules? I know the rule is limited to boundary plays, but I’m not really sure what plays fall into that category. Also, was it a good call? I feel like if that play was reviewable, the umps should have at least taken a look at it.
