The best part is Deadspin and With Leather and the other blogs who made their name on scandal and sports figure objectification

Maybe horrible is a bad way to describe a major league pitcher, but he is pretty bad compared to his peers. His minor league numbers aren’t very good either. The only real reason he is up is cause its the Royals plus a team has to give a number 1 pick a shot.
Plus he is a Vol.
Low K, High walk, with a 1.41 HR/9
Yeah his FIP is going to look garbage.

Mostly solid for a #4-5, with a couple disasters mixed in. I’m guessing the HR/FB has wrecked a few of these starts considering it is 13.4%

Well I don't think it is short term
He will be a top 20 starter for the next 5 years. Wouldn’t be shocked if he wins the Cy Young this year. That doesn’t mean the trade is bad. It all depends on how Joyce does. It does mean we probably could have gotten something closer to a sure thing. But if the FO did their dd on Joyce and he pans out then it’ll all work out.

I have no idea, I played with a buddy of mine who rented it a few days back and it played well enough.
From gameplay, it’s much easier to strike the ball in 2010 while being a little more difficult to putt. vs 09 The current version I have is 2007 so I figure it’s good enough to upgrade to.
