This brings his ERA/FIP to 2.77/2.58 on the year. He's been utterly dominant since the start of June: 52.1 IP, 72:15 K:BB, 1 HR, 1.75 ERA, 1.53 FIP, and an excellent GO:AO ratio (1.44 in June and 2.15 in July). The kid is a beast.

This is just so odd to me.
How long ago was his surgery? I thought it was last summer, but was it in the spring?
