Even now it's still a popularity contest.
There’s no other explination for Cashman being ranked #2. This is dumb, and I would be better off not even knowing it existed.
I can't wait until we trade him for a reliever.

yeah its pretty much a standings ranking
except for Beane who gets by with reputation. Ned Colletti does not deserve to be near the top
