Fantastic Article from Dave Cameron
My take: Be reasonable and don't let the way we enjoy the game stop us from positively interacting with people who enjoy it in a different manner. A lesson that needs to be learned by many in the sabermetric community.

Cameron was trying to make piece with Baseball Traditionalists(at least somewhat) in that piece.
But it actually made me angry because I hadn’t realized that a lot of people believe that Mark Teixiera is a more valuable player then Joe Mauer. Head explodes in frustration.
