Ponson: You got knocked the F out, man!
Two days after serving up seven runs in under 5 innings to the Rays, Aruban pitcher Sidney Ponson was designated for assignment. If he declines, will anybody ever give him a shot again?

Ponson is Done
Think this is it for him, he simply can’t get it done anywhere he goes. Getting DFA by the Royals pretty well sums up his career as of late.

Ponson was never good in the first place.
I don’t know how he’s stuck around for so long.

He's a knight.
I can't wait until we trade him for a reliever.

He did have a 17-12 record with a 3.7 ERA in 2003.
The W-L record was depressed by a mid-season trade to San Francisco. He helped the Marlins win the NLDS by giving up 4 ER in the 5th and 6th in Game 2.
