OTTOTD: This company is being bled like a pig, and I've got the paper trail to prove it.

That right there is the mail. Now let's talk about the mail. Can we talk about the mail, please Mac? I've been dying to talk about the mail with you all day, okay? "Pepe Silvia," this name keeps coming up over and over again. Every day Pepe's mail is getting sent back to me. Pepe Silvia, Pepe Silvia. I look in the mail, and this whole box is Pepe Silvia! So I say to myself, "I gotta find this guy!" I gotta go up to his office and put his mail in the guy's goddamn hands! Otherwise, he's never going to get it and he's going to keep coming back down here. So I go up to Pepe's office and what do I find out, Mac? What do I find out?! There is no Pepe Silvia. The man does not exist, okay? So I decide, "Oh shit buddy, I gotta dig a little deeper." There's no Pepe Silvia? You gotta be kidding me! I got boxes full of Pepe! Alright. So I start marchin' my way down to Carol in HR and I knock on her door and I say, "Carol! Carol! I gotta talk to you about Pepe." And when I open the door what do I find? There's not a single goddamn desk in that office! There...is...no...Carol in HR. Mac, half the employees in this building have been made up. This office is a goddamn Ghost Town.

There’s something about that horse, Buster. You know, it’s like we looked at each other, and then there was eye contact, and I was lookin’ at the horse, and the horse was lookin’ at me, and then it hit me, I think, maybe, I was a Centaur in my past life.

So, can I do a line off your boner?

The girls left. According to one patron, Hamilton, piss-drunk by that point, asked the manager where he could buy blow. The manager didn't know. "Let's go to a strip club," Hamilton said. Someone drove Hamilton to Les Girls in Phoenix, Arizona.

Longo lower than CC?

Is this based solely on production? projections? salary? What? Just curious how 15 players are ranked ahead of Longo, but only 3 ahead of CC

Low for Zorilla.

He’ll still have SS eligibility to go along w/ his 2B eligibility. He should steal 15 bags at least next year with a .280 and 20 HRs or so. I might try to get him in every league next year.

He won't have SS eligibility

He will in Yahoo leagues.

We checked it this week. 10 appearances is what it takes.

by rglass44 on Aug 25, 2009 2:53 PM EDT up reply actions

Wow I can't remember seeing him at Short that many times

Get on the ESPN, though, better customizables IMO.

Meh

I’d rathe be on cbssportsline because it’s the best, but all the leagues I’ve been in with friends since college are on yahoo. No one wants to lose their trophies, so we don’t switch. Also, I use my roommates Insider account so it would mean I’d have to sign out to get into my fantasy. I also hate the WWL.

CBS is hyper in depth.

I’m in a keeper league there. A deep one.

Agree.

I’m in a dyansty league in year 4 and we really like Sportsline. The only beef I have is with their ‘experts’ and updates on player pages. They are terrible and they don’t know shit.

I haven't played CBS in years, maybe I'll check it out for foosball this year

ESPN sucks, but their fantasy leagues are tits. Yahoo isn’t so bad I just boycotted it this year since they make you pay for stattracker

ESPN is good, but not as deep as CBS

For instance, CBS had Strasburg available to bid on after he was drafted. ESPN has yet to insert him into the player pool.

Strasburg was added to the player pool in April and a guy picked him up BEFORE he was drafted.

He spent all of his waiver dollars for the year on him.

CBS is much better than ESPN for fantasy, IMO but I do like the draft rooms at ESPN much more.
