Baseball America just posted its AL All-Non-Top-10 teams, the AL's best prospects who didn't make their organizations' top 10s. It's 11 players -- eight position players, a lefty and righty starter and a reliever -- and three are Rays: Bailey at catcher, Fernando Perez (! -- didn't realize he was still a prospect) in center and Lobstein as left-handed starter.
