Andrew Miller
After seeing that Andrew Miller was non-tendered by the Boston Red Sox, I feel the Rays could get a nice bullpen arm on the cheap. I was wondering what the DRaysBay community thinks and what kind of contract would it take to get him to sign.

Rays go for cheap veterans that have done something good in the past (situational guys).. not rookies who can’t pitch in the Majors.
