I try to take the "best shape of my life" quotes for what they are
But in a case like PtB where there was an injury, I hope he is really feeling better and that it shows.
One thing that has me nervous is the Rays offseason pursuit of a replacement for him. Maybe they were just looking to add talent on the cheap and they just happened to be DH types, but a few other teams execs seem to think he’s done.
