PrintPerhaps the days of Kendall Almerico's unreasonably optimistic Tweets about his client Dioner Navarro are past....
Almerico's partner, Brian Mooney, filed suit on behalf of their agency, Startrust Management, Inc. against Dioner Navarro, Sherley Navarro, and the Dioner Navarro Family Foundation, Inc. for an alleged breach of agreement for services rendered. (Case No. 10-CA-3169-I, Thirteenth Circuit Court). No word yet on the specific allegations in the lawsuit.
