3/17/10 GDT: Minnesota Twins @ Tampa Bay Rays

THE RETURN OF THE GREEN

For the first time since 2007, the Rays will wear green hats. Although its not the same shade of green, a part of me still misses the old unis.

When: 1:05

Where: Charlotte Sports Park

TV/Radio/Web: None

Rays Probables: RH James Shields, RH Rafael Soriano, RH Grant Balfour, RH Lance Cormier, RH Joaquin Beniot

Twins Probables:RH Nick Blackburn, RH Matt Guerrier, LH Glen Perkins, RH Anthony Slama

Very excited about all the Rays probables today, especially the debut of Rafael Soriano.

Please someone at the Rays, bring me a midnight outfield. The darkness is only a call away.

What was up with Sir Spamalot last night? Any way we can just crush his IP address?

I only have moderator rights

So I can warn/ban/unban users and hide/unhide/delete comments, posts, and fanshots.

To my understanding, the system has automated functionality in place that bans IPs if they trip built-in spam flags. I also know that SBN heads can perform IP bans. I don’t know if site Admins can or not.

Those guys gave up a run or 2 to plenty of teams, as good as they are.

Shields’ lack of run support (as was Garza’s) was extreme. It’s like the team was starting with negative runs scored.

Nice tripped, Ruggiano

Gotta love this depth. All the arms look awesome to me and so many of the hitters are killing it but I think Kapler may want Rodriguez, Brignac and Joyce to all make the team….

I still never understood why Zobrist would have to play RF. They can keep him at 2B and just platoon Joyce and Rodriguez

unfortunaley, I keep looking at box scores and seeing the stats

and I never judged a player by his stat line so how is his range and arm from the OF? Zobrist was odd at times, he would have a cannon in the OF and a wet noodle at 2B
